Who Am I?

Welcome to Evolve with Unique! For those of you who do not know me, my name is Carolyn. I am super excited to share this amazing Health and Wellness journey of growth with you. It has not been an easy process for me, but I am glad that I am doing the work. I want to start living my life authentically. I want to speak what is on my mind, express any feeling I am experiencing, and say no without feeling guilty. Here I am 36 years later, and I can finally say that I know who I am. I have been surviving for so many years, attracting unhealthy relationships. I kept myself so busy with being an entrepreneur that I let life pass by because I settled. 

I know I am not the only one living day to day feeling as though there is more to life. The good news, there is more! What if I told you that you could be happier and be abundant in all areas of your life. Do you want to know what the secret is? BE YOURSELF! Yes, that is really the secret, haha. I know it seems shocking, but most people are not. Why? It is what they call people-pleasing. We all tend to do it. For example:

• You agree to go out when you know you don't want to.
• You pretend to like pets because you want to be liked or loved.
• You don't share your feelings because you rather avoid conflict. 

When I created Evolve with Unique, it was intending to focus on fitness. After working on my self internally I realized that fitness is also mental. How can you become physically fit if you are mentally weak? Follow my journey and let me share this experience with you. My goal is to reach anyone feeling like they are tired of being treated like their feelings don't matter. I want to reach those of you who know that someone in your life needs to change, and you just need that confirmation. Well... Here it is my friend. I ask, what will you do with this information?
